A Real Rest Stop – Italy

We packed up our rented Mercedes van and hit the road taking the E35 from Lamporecchio, Italy in Tuscany to Rome.

Everyone was engaged in conversation and taking a time out, a real rest stop.  It wasn’t like some crazy scene at a rest stop off the Jersey Turnpike.  People were relaxing.  I give them credit for slowing down and truly enjoying the journey.
